Sadly, we will start from zero with Phaser 4! ߘ
Because Phaser is an open source project, we cannot charge for it in the same way as traditional retail software. What's more, we don't ever want to. After all, it's built on, and was born from, open web standards. The core framework will always be free, even if you use it commercially. Because of this, we rely 100% on community backing to fund all development.
Your support helps secure the constant cycle of updates, fixes, new features and planning for the future. Please help support Phaser on Patreon, via PayPal or GitHub Sponsors.

Phaser Dev Log - July 2021
The July 2021 Phaser Dev Log will be published next week, just after this newsletter was sent. However, it features a lot of incredible new demos and loads of information about what has been happening in the world of Phaser 3 and 4 development.
As a trusty newsletter reader, have a little play with this small demo :) Give it a few seconds to warm up, because it's generating a 32,768 x 32,768 pixel sized world and placing down over 67,000 Sprites onto it. Use the cursor keys to move the camera.
Pretty neat, huh? :) Every single building, tree and plant is a unique Sprite Game Object.
If you have not caught up with the June Dev Log yet, there's lots to read and examples to play with, so dive in and get up to speed!
So, keep your eyes open for the July 2021 Dev Log very soon!
