A plugin to show the FPS rate, frame intervals and performance information.
This plugin from samme adds in an FPS graph, fps meter and timing debug text to your projects. You can toggle between 3 different modes: text, an FPS graph or an FPS meter. Very handy when isolating the relative cost of part of your game.
Just remember: As with all performance monitoring plugins, the actual plugin itself uses some resource too.
