Jackie Qi from miagame.com has created a bunch of powerful JSFL scripts to help export content from Adobe Flash for use in Phaser.
It allows you to create game UI scenes and export PNG resources. The project structure is set-up automatically and it can handle things like adding input events to Sprites.
