Digital Delivery Policy
Phaser provides digital products and services, including access to the Phaser Editor, Phaser Compressor, and related tools. Upon successful payment, digital access is typically granted immediately via your Phaser account dashboard. If you experience any delays in accessing your subscription, please contact support at support@phaser.io.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds will only be issued for initial purchases and not for renewals.
To request a refund, email us at support@phaser.io with your account details. For more details, see Section 6.1 and 11.3 of our Terms of Use.
Return Policy
As our services are digital and delivered instantly, we do not accept returns. Please evaluate our free or trial options before purchasing, or contact us with questions prior to subscribing.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the "Subscriptions" tab. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred. Per our Terms of Use (Section 6.3), we do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations.
