This Fulfillment Policy explains how Phaser Studio Inc. ("Phaser", "we", "our", or "us") delivers its products and services, handles cancellations, and processes refunds. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use, which govern your use of our Services.
Digital Delivery Policy
Phaser provides digital products and services, including access to the Phaser Editor, Phaser Compressor, and related tools. Upon successful payment, digital access is typically granted immediately via your Phaser account dashboard. If you experience any delays in accessing your subscription, please contact support at [email protected].
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your subscription starting. A flat administration charge of $2.50 USD is deducted from all refunds to cover the bank fees involved in processing them. This charge applies regardless of the currency in which you paid.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account details and Stripe receipt.
Subscription Renewals
Stripe emails all subscribers 7 days before their subscription renews, so please look out for that email. It is your opportunity to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.
If you miss the renewal email, or do not act on it, and are charged for a renewal you no longer wish to maintain, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will refund accidental renewals, minus the flat $2.50 USD charge covering the bank fees involved in processing the refund.
Return Policy
As our services are digital and delivered instantly, we do not accept returns. Please evaluate the information we make available before purchasing, or contact us with questions prior to subscribing.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the "Subscriptions" tab. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred.
