In the haunted town of Drobeta, an evil ghost named Arbella Stuart has been terrorizing the residents for centuries. As the town's only hope, you must use your strategic thinking skills to build towers against Arbella and her ghost army.
Haunted Tower is a clever tower defense game about deploying strategy, not gems. Place towers and use abilities to prepare your defenses and battle waves of ghosts rising from the grave. Upgrade your towers and abilities to survive the swarm and keep your base from being haunted.
There are multiple game modes to allow you to experience different ways to play the game, including Campaign mode, which is casual and relaxing with shorter levels. Or Survival mode, which is more exciting for prolonged sessions. You've four tower types, each with 3 upgrade levels in your arsenal, which you'll need to use carefully to ensure the ghosts don't make it through. There is also a teleport, EMP bomb, repair mechanic and lots more.
A demo of Haunted Tower is available to play on Itch.io, and a budget-price release can be bought for Windows, macOS and Linux from Steam. A mobile version is also out in the App Store and on Google Play. I remember seeing an early demo version of this game a year ago and lost 80 minutes of my life to it, playing it to completion. It's great to see it evolved into a full commercial game and we wish the developers all the best.
