Quest.AI is a visual game maker, based on Phaser of course :), which allows you to layout your game elements in a Photoshop PSD, then upload that and define things like tweens, sounds and events using their visual timeline interface. It's all drag and drop based, so perfect for those who prefer to design visually rather than hack out code.
